Some IVR test options are received by the Call Center executives. Our Virtual Agent verifies, that the account number sent to the IVR, reaches the executive.

Our Virtual Agent, when installed in your company system, can receive test calls, measure your agent answering time, and register application availability statistics to be used by executives. It also avoids using agents time on test calls.
